Dr. Brin Brown
Dr. Brin Brown attended Florida Atlantic University for her undergraduate degree in Biology and St. George's University for her veterinary degree thereafter. She began working with animals and birds under the direction of various practices surrounding her enrollment in school. She has made the decision to move out of Florida, where she was born and raised, to begin her career, as a veterinarian, here in the beautiful mountains of Colorado at North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital.
Dr. Brown is passionate about working with dogs, cats, and exotics alike. Whether they fly or slither, Dr. Brown is always there for her furry, feathery, or scaly patients. She is truly dedicated to making a positive impact on their lives and is excited to continuously learn and grow her medical knowledge.
Prior to getting her doctorate, Brin worked as a research assistant specializing in behavioral ecology with birds. She collected data that has helped to understand the behavior of a threatened bird species in South Florida. She has a special interest in behavioral training and medicine across all species.
Dr. Brown loves to hike and experience nature with her husband Kevin and energetic Belgian Tervuren Indi, who keeps them active in rain or sunshine. Their family is very thankful to have found themselves in such a beautiful place with a great team to begin this huge chapter of their lives.
