At North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital we are proud to be active members of the Boulder community. We are here to support our community with volunteer work and partnerships with other great organizations in the Boulder area that also focus on community service.
We enjoy taking time to give back to those in need like our friends at Blue Sky Bridge whose Labrador retriever service dog, Marion, who works with traumatized children in the Boulder County. Dr. Patton and the North Boulder crew provide veterinary care that keeps Marion happy, healthy, and helpful to some really special kids.
Check out this special message from Dr. Patton and the video about Blue Sky Bridge to learn more about the wonderful work they do for our community!
“North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital's team recognizes that their is a high correlation between animal abuse and child abuse. We support Blue Sky Bridge by providing Marion, a beautiful yellow Labrador Retriever service dog, full medical care at our hospital. She brings hope and comfort to traumatized children of Boulder County as they receive services at Blue Sky Bridge. We appreciate the fantastic team of professionals and volunteers helping to improve children's lives as they face the trauma of child abuse. We especially appreciate the preventative education programs they provide in Boulder County elementary schools! Abuse of helpless animals and children is a problem worth fighting against right here at the local level. Join us in supporting and praising Blue Sky Bridge!”
