To North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital's valued clients and patients, during these challenging times, North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital's purpose of providing a compassionate state-of-the-art veterinary care has never been more critical. We want to assure you we are committed to being there for our clients and their loving animal companions, especially during these times when they need us the most. We recognize that this situation Is changing rapidly, but please know we are taking ongoing health threats seriously. We appreciate your understanding as well as we navigate these unique times.
Our staff is the heart and soul of North Boulder Companion Animal Hospital. Working together to attempt to minimize both our exposure to this virus and preventing the spread through our staff will be paramount in allowing our hospital to continue to provide service to our clients and patients. Since the beginning of this COVID-19 impact, our team has been ensuring that every area of the hospital is sanitized continually throughout the day. We have remained in contact with state and local health agencies to monitor development and receive guidance.
At this time, we remain committed to continuing to provide the highest quality veterinary services. In the interest of all of our clients and staff, we will request that any clients who are exhibiting symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, or breathing difficulties please refrain from entering the facility. We respectfully request instead that a friend or family member brings your pet or reschedule accordingly. Please do not schedule an appointment within two weeks of travel without providing the clinic with prior notification.
We are also offering the following services for our clients to help minimize exposure:
For patients needing examinations and treatments, we can allow you to remain in your car and obtain history via phone or the window. We will provide you with an estimate for services and take your pet into the hospital for treatment. We can then return your pet to you and complete the visit.
For prescription and food pick up, please call the clinic when you pull into the parking space in front. We will bring your items to your car for your convenience.

Washing our hands between each appointment
Sanitizing all surfaces between appointments with extra focus on high touch areas. Please be patient as these additional cleaning measures will require more time.
We are maintaining a minimum social distance of 3 feet, which means no handshakes.
We request that only one client attend the appointment, except for dependents that cannot be left alone. We are happy to consult with others via phone during the appointment, if necessary.
Our facility does not have a public restroom. Typically we will escort clients to our team’s bathroom when needed. However, until further notice, there will be no use by clients of our team’s bathroom. We are very sorry for any inconvenience.
Employees are not allowed to work with any symptoms of infectious illness.
